5-m earthquake hits near Almaty city

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - An earthquake measuring 5.0 on the MPV scale has been recorded near Almaty city today by a group of seismological stations.
The epicenter of the quake was located 402 kilometers southwest of Almaty city on the border of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. It had a depth of 5 kilometers. No casualties or damages were reported.
