5.1-magnitude earthquake hits 805 km southwest of Almaty

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the MPV scale has hit the border of Tajikistan and Afghanistan today.

The quake was registered 805 kilometers southwest of Almaty city at 1:08 p.m. Almaty time.
It had a depth of 100 kilometers. There was no immediate word on damages or casualties.
