4.4-magnitude earthquake jolts Almaty

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - An earthquake hit 160km north of Almaty city yesterday, Kazinform has learned from the Ministry of Emergencies.
The 4.4-magnitude earthquake was registered at the depth of 5km by a group of seismological stations at 18:39 p.m. Almaty time on Sunday (September 15). The epicenter of the earthquake was 160km north of Almaty on the territory of Kazakhstan.
