4.2 magnitude earthquake strikes Almaty

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Yesterday at 11:57 p.m. 4.2 magnitude earthquake was registered 13 km north of Almaty, Kazakhstan's Seismological Expedition of the Science Committee under Education and Science Ministry reported.
According to seismologists, the earthquake's energy class was 8.7. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 km. There is no information about casualties or damage.
