The show kicked off with a dramatic flair, as a massive countdown appeared on the screen, beginning from 90 and ticking down to 30. This was a clear nod to the band’s name, building excitement in the crowd even before the first note was played. The atmosphere was electric as fans cheered, eager to see their idols take the stage.

The band opened with some of their new songs from the album "It's The End Of The World But It's A Beautiful Day". These tracks were met with enthusiasm from the audience, but the energy soared to new heights as Jared Leto, the band’s charismatic frontman, led the transition into some of their biggest hits. Familiar anthems like "Hurricane" and "The Kill" echoed through the venue, with the crowd passionately singing along to every word.

During a short intermission, Jared delighted the guests with an improvisation. After receiving the hat from a fan, Jared asked the audience whether it was better with or without it. Having put it on, he said: “I’m a Kazakhstani cowboy, baby.”

Just two days prior, 30 Seconds to Mars had performed in Almaty. During that show, he remarked, “Maybe it’s time to buy a little house in the mountains,” hinting at his affection for the beautiful landscapes of southern Kazakhstan. The band’s two performances in the country were part of their ongoing world tour, which has seen them visit major cities across the globe.

As the night in Astana drew to a close, 30 Seconds to Mars made one last unforgettable gesture. Leto invited about a dozen fans onto the stage, giving them the chance to share a few moments with the band. The lucky fans, overwhelmed with excitement, stood beside their idols as the concert reached its climax.

The concert not only attracted local Kazakhstan’s fans but also a large contingent from Russia, with many attendees traveling specifically for the show.

At the end of the concert Jared teased that Astana won’t miss the band for long, because the next concert will take place in June 2025.
