12 evacuated as hotel went up in flames in Almaty

ASTANA. September 22. KAZINFORM A fire broke out in a 3-storey building of "Edelweiss" hotel at 00.57 pm in Almaty, the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Emergencies reported.
The fire covered area of fifty square meters. Twelve people were evacuated. No one was killed or injured. Fifty five firefighters and thirteen units of the fire service equipment of emergency department of Almaty worked at the scene.
