100 new environmentally friendly buses appear in Almaty (PHOTO)

ALMATY. KAZINFORM - Almaty municipal park №2 has bought 100 environmentally friendly buses Yutong.
Almaty Mayor Akhmetzhan Yesimov noted that buses, running on natural gas, have shown high efficiency. In addition, using these buses may solve two problems at once - improve passenger transport and reduce emissions. At present time, the cost of gas fuel is 40% cheaper than gasoline. It is expected that by the yearend the municipal park №2 will buy 100 more buses. Total the city has purchased 195 trolleybuses, 17 trams and 400 new buses.
