University Sports Federation support holding snap presidential elections
ALMATY. KAZINFORM - Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism in Almaty has gathered student-athletes, united in the University Sports Federation.
Students believe that holding early presidential elections will allow more effectively implementing "Kazakhstan-2050" Strategy and "Nurly Zhol" programs. An important component of these programs is further improvement of Kazakhstan's education system. Students, who participated in the Winter Universiade in Granada (Spain), thanked the President for his initiative to hold the World Winter Universiade in 2017 in the city of Almaty. "We are convinced that early presidential elections will help to preserve stability in the Kazakh society which guarantees successful implementation of ambitious projects related to the development of university sports," said Pavel Zyatkov, a member of the hockey team - silver medalist of the Universiade-2015.
