Turkish Denizli delegation in Almaty studied investment climate of Kazakhstan

ISTANBUL. April 6. KAZINFORM - In the framework of the State Program on Forced Industrial-Innovative Development (FIID) of Kazakhstan for 2010-2014 and the development of inter-regional relations the Denizli Province delegation led by the provincial governor Abdulkadir Demir has had a three-day visit to Almaty.

The delegation consisted of 15 people, including the provincial government, the chairman of the Chamber of Commerce Necdet Lake, chairman of the Association of Businessmen and Industrialists of the Erdem Aydin region, as well as the leading businessmen and industrialists of the region.

Denizli province is one of the famous textile and industrial centers of Turkey, where there are large organized industrial zones, where over 600 companies are operating in the textile, chemical and furniture enterprises, engineering, metallurgy, construction, and etc.

The program of the delegation in Almaty is very rich, and included the meeting with the Akim of the city A.Esimov, the leadership of the Kazakh-Turkish Businessmen Association (KATIAD), Chamber of Commerce of the city of Almaty, Consul General of Turkey in Almaty, "NC "Kazneks-invest" JSC, the Kazakh businessmen and industrialists, as well as visiting the international exhibition caled «Homedeco International Fair».

During the meetings, the Turkish government and business representatives were informed about the investment climate in Kazakhstan and in particular of the southern capital, the main provisions of the State Program on FIID Kazakhstan for 2010-2014, the main provisions of the President's Address to the people of Kazakhstan titled "Kazakhstan-2050 " Strategy.

During the visit the Turkish delegation will be acquainted with the sights of the city and the region, including famous mountain ski base "Shymbulak", sports complex "Medeo", the Central State Museum, and the Kasteyev State Museum of Art.

The Turkish delegation reached the agreement on the development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the management and the business circles of the two regions.
