The project is being developed in collaboration with Biograpi Living, Archi Group, The Sapir Organization, Blox Group and Finvest Georgia. Designed by architecture firm Gensler, the tower will form part of a broader $2 billion mixed-use complex overlooking Tbilisi’s Central Park.

According to the developers, the project will include luxury residences, retail space, restaurants and lifestyle facilities, marking the first Trump-branded development in the region.

In a separate social media post, Eric Trump added: “With a prime location in the heart of Tbilisi, this tower will quickly become a landmark as the tallest building in Georgia. This marks our first project in the region, and we are so excited to bring it to life!”

Earlier this year, The Trump Organization announced its first project in Australia, unveiling plans for Trump International Hotel & Tower on the Gold Coast.
