Swiss company invited to join cable car construction project in Kyrgyzstan
Kyrgyz Ambassador to Switzerland Omar Sultanov visited the headquarters and plant of Bartholet Maschinenbau AG, Kabar reports.
The diplomatic mission reported that during the visit, the ambassador got acquainted with the production cycle of the entire range of products of Bartholet Maschinenbau AG used for the construction of cable cars and ski lifts.
The parties discussed the progress of negotiations concerning participation of Bartholet Maschinenbau AG in the cable car construction project in Bishkek, which would largely solve the environmental and transport problems of the capital.
A project on the possible participation of a Swiss company in the construction of the Baytik Mountain Resort ski cluster was also discussed.
Previously, it was reported that the construction of the Kambarata -1 hydropower plant in Kyrgyzstan will be completed within 6.5 years.
