President of Tatarstan to attend 'Sabantui 2013' celebration in Almaty

ALMATY. June 12. KAZINFORM - Almaty International Ski Jump will host on June 16 festivities in honor of the holiday called "Sabantui 2013", the press service of the Akim (mayor) of the city informs. As expected, the celebrations will be attended by Akim of Almaty AhmetzhanYesimov and President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The program includes an exhibition of applied art of ethnic and cultural centers of Almaty under styled tents, national competitions and ceremonies with the participation of guests; "Kuresh" sports events, rewarding the winners of contests and competitions; concert of Kazakh and Tatar artists.
For younger guests there will be a playground called "Children's Sabantui."
