Nurtai Abykayev appointed as Chairman of National Security Committee by President Nazarbayev

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev inked the decree "On appointment of Nurtai Abykayev as the Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akorda's press service reports.
The decree was signed on Monday, May 4.
