New independent director of «International Airport of Almaty» JSC named

ALMATY. KAZINFORM - Former chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan Anvar Saidenov has become the new member of the Board of Directors - independent director of "The International Airport of Almaty" JSC, the KASE's press service says.
"Anvar Saidenov was appointed the member of the Board of Directors - independent director of the company as of May 8, 2014," the statement reads. "The International Airport of Almaty" JSC is owned by Venus Airport Investments B.V., a company registered in Amsterdam.
