New frontier post opened in S Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Senate's deputies Ikram Adyrbekov and Mukhtar Altynbayev have taken part in the opening ceremony of a new frontier post "Darkhan".
The deputies familiarized themselves with the infrastructure, automotive and special equipment of the border town, the press service of the Senate reported.
"Ensuring regional security, domestic stability, ethnic accord and public order are the main priorities of "Kazakhstan-2050" strategy. Border Guard Service and its regional units defend our country from external threats," said the Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relations, Defense and Security of the Senate I. Adyrbekov.
