Man killed in shell explosion in Almaty

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A shell explosion rocked an apartment block in Almaty city Wednesday night, Kazinform has learnt from the Internal Affairs Ministry of Kazakhstan.
According to the police, the explosion was fatal for the owner of the apartment where it occured. His mother and a male relative were in the apartment as well when the shell exploded. They are safe.
