Majilis Bureau sets agenda of upcoming session

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Today Majilis Bureau chaired by Kabibully Dzhakupov has identified the agenda of the forthcoming plenary session of the chamber.

Majilis deputies will consider in the first reading a bill related to private detective activity. In the second reading Majilis deputies will consider legislative amendments on strengthening the protection of property rights. In addition the session will ratify a number of documents including an agreement between Kazakhstan and Romania, as well as Kazakhstan and Bulgaria on extradition, and a treaty on the transfer of sentenced persons between Kazakhstan and Romania. Majilis have received a number of draft laws including on ratification of Kazakhstan-Russian intergovernmental agreement on the transfer of educational institutions of Baikonur town, the agreement between Kazakhstan and Bulgaria on judicial assistance in criminal matters, as well as the agreement on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biological resources of the Caspian Sea.
