The airline will operate flights five times a week to Almaty and four times a week to Astana, using its Airbus A340 and Airbus A330 planes with a three-class cabin layout, informed the press service of Almaty International Airport.

To note, Lufthansa halted flights to and from Frankfurt and Kazakhstan’s Almaty, Astana starting from mid-January to mid-February 2025, citing low demand during this period.

Earlier it was reported that Kazakhstan added air new routes to Georgia and China.
