Laying wreath ceremony to Otan Ana monument held in Astana

Japan, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus ambassadors are expected to give speeches today in "Atameken" ethnic memorial complex. In addition, a film devoted to the tragedies of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Semipalatinsk Test Site, Chernobyl nuclear station and Fukushima NPP will be shown.
