The company operates two production facilities in Almaty and Shymkent with a combined annual capacity of more than 100,000 tons and produces over 500 confectionery products.

Exports account for around 22% of total sales, with Russia making up about 65% of overseas shipments. Rakhat products are also sold in Central Asia, the South Caucasus, China, Mongolia, Afghanistan, and Germany, while exports to Latvia began in 2026.

LOTTE Rakhat has invested around 19.4 billion tenge in technological development and capacity expansion in recent years, including more than 7.1 billion tenge in its Shymkent facility, where production of wafers and corn snacks is being developed.

The company produces more than 80 varieties of chocolate bars and operates a full production cycle, from processing cocoa beans to manufacturing finished products.

In June 2026, LOTTE Rakhat won the Best Food Products category at the regional Best Product of Kazakhstan 2026 competition. It is also certified under ISO and HACCP standards and meets Halal requirements.

South Korea, Indonesia, and Thailand are expected to become the company's next export markets.

Rakhat was established in 1942, while a new stage in the company's development began in 2013, when South Korea's LOTTE Confectionery acquired a controlling stake.

Earlier, Qazinform News Agency reported that agricultural machinery production in Kazakhstan rises by 22%.
