The document provides for appointments, transfers, and dismissals of court chairpersons, judges at various levels, and heads of judicial bodies nationwide.

Under the decree, a large-scale rotation of personnel has been implemented. New chairpersons, judges, and court heads have been appointed in cities of national significance, regions, and districts. The appointments cover specialized, administrative, economic, and investigative courts.

At the same time, a significant number of judges were relieved of their duties on various grounds, including retirement, reaching pension age, personal request, and rulings by the Judicial Jury and disciplinary bodies.

As reported earlier, the President of Kazakhstan signed the Law amending certain legislative acts on combating corruption.
