Kazakhstani seismologists record 5.7M quake in Afghanistan

A 5.7-magnitude earthquake has been registered southwest of Almaty city at 3:55pm today, Kazinform News Agency reports.
The epicenter of the quake was located in the territory of Afghanistan, 861km southwest of Almaty city.
It hit at a depth of 120km at 3:55pm Almaty time.
