Kazakhstani seismologists record 5.1M quake in Tajikistan

A 5.1-magnitude earthquake has been registered southwest of Almaty city at 11:49am today, Kazinform News Agency reports.
The epicenter of the quake was located in the territory of Tajikistan, 593km southwest of Almaty city.
It hit at a depth of 40km at 11:49am Almaty time.
Earlier it was reported that M2 tremors were felt in Almaty.
