Kazakhstani seismologists record quake in Afghanistan

A 5.3-magnitude earthquake has been registered southwest of Almaty city this morning, Kazinform News Agency reports.
The epicenter of the quake was located in the territory of Afghanistan, 849km southwest of Almaty city.
It hit at a depth of 30km at 06:37am Almaty time.
