Kazakhstan one of the fastest growing markets with high demand for rotorcraft
ALMATY. October 23. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan is one of the fastest growing markets where the rotorcraft is in high demand. This has been stated today in Almaty at the regional forum named "The implementation of the Russian- Kazakh helicopter projects", said director of marketing of "Helicopters of Russia" holding company Mikhail Dubrovin.
Forum held under the auspices of the akimat of Almaty has been dedicated to the development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries in the field of operation and maintenance of modern Russian-made helicopters in Kazakhstan.
It was noted that in our country there is great interest in the Russian helicopter engineering. The main customers are Air Force Defense and Emergency Ministry of Kazakhstan, as well as commercial operators. The country has used the civil and military transport helicopters of various series.
The event hosted the presentation of the latest Russian Ka-226T and Mi - 171A2. The first is a light helicopter, which can be used for medical evacuation operations in urban and mountainous areas. Mi- 171A2 is a novelty designed to enhance emergency services and the Air Defense Forces of the country.
