Kazakhstan eyes rise in disability, Healthcare Vice Minister

ASTANA. KAZINFORM "Kazakhstan repots an increase in the number of disabled people," Kazakh Vice Minister of Healthcare and Social Development Svetlana Zhakupova told Majilis today.
"There are about 626,000 of people with disabilities in the country so far. We review now all the approaches to measure the degree of risk of losing job," she added representing the bill "On amendments to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on optimization and automation of public services in social and labor sphere". "The draft law conveys the public administration policy in the sphere of public services, social and labor sphere and is aimed at raising efficiency of rendering services through upgrading operating performance," she noted.
