Kazakhstan attends Ancient Europe history discussions in Granada

GRANADA. KAZINFORM One of the oldest universities of Europe, Granada University, is playing a host today to an international conference "Great migrations: settlements of Europe" that is called to throw light on subcontinent settlement details.

The international conference organized in cooperation with the Kazakh Foreign Ministry, Kazakh Embassy in Spain, Culture Foundation, Granada University under the aegis of UNESCO brings together leading specialists and experts in the areas of migration, paleontology, archeology from Spain, the UK, Russia, Germany, Italy, France, Kazakhstan, etc. The event is part of the International Decade for the Rapprochement of Cultures project. The rapprochement of cultures implies that international security and social inclusion cannot be attained sustainably without a commitment to such principles as compassion, conviviality, hospitality, solidarity and brotherhood which are the corner stones of human coexistence inherent in all faiths and secular ideologies. Above all, dialogue is bound to play an increased role in the development of a universal global consciousness, free from racial, ethnic and social prejudices.
