Kazakhstan and Macedonia to expand cooperation in health care

ASTANA. November 7. KAZINFORM The Ministry of Health Care of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Health Care of Macedonia signed the Protocol of Intentions regarding cooperation in the sphere of health care during the international conference dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Alma-Ata Declaration of the World Health Organization and United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) on Primary Health Care in Almaty on Thursday, the ministry's press service reports.

According to the protocol, the countries are to activate the bilateral cooperation in the field of health care, expand cooperation in the priority spheres of medicine, primary health care and health resort treatment.

It is expected that the protocol will deepen direct contacts between the health care organizations of Kazakhstan and Macedonia. The two countries will conduct events aimed at strengthening of mutually profitable partnership in drug circulation.
