Kazakhstan’s Alan Kurmangaliyev claimed the gold medal at the WTT Youth Contender Spokane 2026, held in the U.S., Qazinform News Agency cites the National Olympic Committee.
On his way to the finals, he beat Alex Lo (USA) — 3:1, Abhinav Shirbhate (USA) — 3:0 and defeated Andrew Cao (USA) — 3:0.
In the final match, he beat Chulun Ne from Australia 3:1.
Recently, he claimed gold at WTT Youth Contender Helsingborg 2026.
