President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent congratulations to Sadyr Zhaparov, President of Kyrgyzstan, on the successful elections to the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament of Kyrgyzstan), Qazinform News Agency reports citing the Akorda press service.
