France is one of the largest Kazakhstan's partners in EU: Nazarbayev
ASTANA. October 8. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has received former Prime Minister of France François Fillon who is a special guest of the VIII KAZENERGY forum in Astana today, the president's press service reports.
At the meeting, the Head of State noted the high level of commercial and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and France and great potential for its further expansion.
In addition, President Nazarbayev stressed that France is one of the largest partners of Kazakhstan in the European Union in terms of sales turnover. For instance, 25 joint ventures operate in Kazakhstan in various spheres of economy.
The sides also touched upon further steps to expand the interaction between business circles of the two countries.
