European 'wheels' to be adopted for Kazakhstan

ALMATY. June 13. KAZINFORM Almaty city has updated its tram fleet with the brand new European tram cars recently.
17 new KT4D tram cars were presented to Almaty mayor Akhmetzhan Yessimov by reps of Almatyelectrotrans Ltd.
The European trams are currently being adopted for Almaty rails and later will run on tracks along public streets of the city.
50 new trolley buses were also added to the Almaty vehicle fleet with assistance of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
