"The peculiarity of this election campaign in Kazakhstan is its calm atmosphere and it is one of the main indicators for me meaning that people are confident about their tomorrow and like the country they are living in. It means the country has certain goals, plans for a short term period and for long term as well as the vision or idea how to reach them. The people of the country are truly confident that their opinion and their vote are important," the Romanian observer noted.

"There is no tension, the people of the country know that the early presidential elections are not conditioned by some emergency situation, and moreover this is the expression of the will of Kazakhstanis themselves, who are choosing stability, economic prosperity and cultural development. Over the last 20 years Kazakhstan has become a synonym for interethnic accord. The country has a low percentage of unemployment and a stable atmosphere. The country has a great cultural heritage of the Turkic world. Besides, Kazakhstan has built a new capital in short period of time where the EXPO-2017 will take place, which means that the world community considers Astana a modern city, the world capital, which is big," A. Karadzha noted.
