Earthquake strikes again near Almaty city

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - An earthquake measuring 4.9 on the MPV scale has hit near Almaty city today.
The epicenter of the quake was located on the border of Kyrgyzstan and China, 512 kilometers southwest of Almaty city. It hit at the depth of 5 kilometers at 4:57 p.m. local time.
There was no immediate word on the damages or casualties.
