Earthquake strikes 118 km southwest of Almaty city

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - An earthquake measuring 4.0 on the MPV scale has been registered southwest of Almaty city, Kazinform reports.
Centered in the territory of China, the quake hit 118 kilometers southwest of Almaty city.
It hit at 9:02 a.m. Almaty time at a depth of 15 kilometers.
