China’s GDP grows 4.5% year on year in Q3 2026

China’s economy grew by 4.5 percent year on year in the third quarter of 2026, accelerating from the 4.3 percent growth recorded in the previous quarter, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on Monday, Qazinform News Agency cites Xinhua.

The world’s second-largest economy expanded by 4.6 percent year on year during the first nine months of 2026, the data showed.

China’s gross domestic product (GDP) reached approximately 107.11 trillion yuan (around $15.94 trillion) between January and September.

Earlier, Qazinform reported Kazakhstan’s GDP grew 4.1 percent in the first half of 2026.
