Book boxes installed in Almaty (PHOTO)

Organizers called the project "Youth Bookcrossing" and timed it to the International Youth Day. Small boxes with books are installed in the park. Each box includes a number of books of different genres - from classical to detectives. Literature is performed in three languages. People just take a book for a while and do some reading in the park. The organizers expressed hope that the project will attract a large number of young people to read. If the project becomes popular, similar book boxes will appear in other parks and squares of the city.
