Avalanche alert issued in Almaty region

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - "Kazhydromet" issues an avalanche alert in Almaty region. It warns that avalanching is expected in the mountains below 2800 meters on November 19-20, the department of emergency situations of Almaty informs.
Residents and guests of Almaty are advised to restrain from going to the mountains in the next couple of days.
