"The main thing for us is to see how elections and referendums are organized in other countries. We study each other’s experiences to understand which practices can be adopted. This is a friendly exchange of experiences," he emphasized.

The observer paid particular attention to the organization of the polling stations.

"At every station I visited, all the symbols — flags and emblems, along with information corners for citizens, were properly displayed. In Armenia, we have such corners in schools, but here I saw how they can be organized even more systematically. This is very interesting and useful for our future work in our country," he noted.

Vahagn Hovakimyan also remarked on the calm and orderly atmosphere of voting.

"The process is running smoothly. Citizens are voting freely and with confidence. Everything is organized so that everyone can participate easily and conveniently. Observing this process is an opportunity to learn and exchange experiences. For us, this is an important example of how to conduct a referendum at a high level of organization and respect for the citizens. I wish Kazakhstan peace, unity, and stable development," he concluded.

It should be noted that the polling stations are operating from 7:00 am until 08:00 pm Astana time.
