Almaty to host Expo Russia Kazakhstan-2012
ALMATY. May 28. KAZINFORM "We, the organizers, see that "Expo Russia Kazakhstan" generates more and more public interest from year to year. Thanks to this exposition commodity turnover between the countries grows on a constant basis," Chairman of "Expo Russia Kazakhstan-2012" Steering Committee David Vartanov told a press conference in Almaty.
"The geography of cooperation between the non-border areas is expanding. The number of annual participants has increased. Last year we had only 60 [participants], but this year's expo brought together 114 participants," D. Vartanov added.
The exhibition is divided into the following sections: "Engineering and metallurgy", "Construction and design", "Oil and gas industry", "Transport and logistics", "Energy", "Telecommunications", "Education" and "Agro-industrial complex".
"Expo Russia Kazakhstan-2012" will be held from May 29-31 in Almaty.
