Almaty to gather international sports journalism experts in 2016

It was revealed by head of the Almaty international sports projects office Ilya Urazakov at a Friday press conference. According to him, the congress of sports press will discuss the problems of national associations of sports journalists, strengthening of cooperation with international organizations promoting sports and enhancing solidarity among journalists. "Almaty is honored to become the venue for the meeting of the top-ranking sports journalists from all corners of the globe. This is a unique chance to tell the world about Kazakhstan, our goal to develop sports and become a part of the world sports movement," Urazakov said. He also stressed that Kazakhstan stormed into the world sports arena as a developed country with ambitious sports plans.
