Almaty residents condole over Moscow terrorist attack victims
Almaty residents expressed their condolences and support after the heinous terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall near Moscow on Friday evening. They brought flowers, toys and candles to the Russian Consulate General premise in Almaty, Kazinform News Agency correspondent reports.
Since early morning residents of the city flocked to the building of the Russian Consulate General to honor the victims of the terrorist attack.
They left multiple notes with words of condolences and lit up candles.
Earlier it was reported that flowers in memory of victims of Friday terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall had been laid at the fence of the Russian embassy in Astana.
Unidentified gunmen opened fire at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow on Friday evening. The terrorist attack claimed lives of dozens of people and left over a hundred injured.
The Foreign Affairs Ministry of Kazakhstan confirmed there was no information about Kazakhstanis among casualties or injured in the terrorist attack.
