This bright and cheerful holiday always remains for us a symbol of peace, spirituality and prosperity, Almaty Akim Akhmetzhan Yessimov has said today in Almaty during Nauryz celebrations.

From time immemorial, on this day the people brought their homes and streets in order, in honor of the holiday planted trees and flowers, planned for the future. He also stressed a special reason to celebrate Nauryz, "because Almaty has seen a steady growth in almost all spheres of economy, industry and social sphere."
