Almaty likely to install baby drop boxes

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Special "baby drop boxes" may be installed at hospitals in Almaty next year so careless mothers could drop off their unwanted newborns anonymously, Express.K says in its article "Cuckoo, how long will I live?".
Thus, the Government wants to decrease the number of unwanted children left at dustbins. The law prescribers no penalty for leaving babies at the "drop boxes", it reads.
