Almaty hosts Week of Documentary Films

ALMATY. December 5. KAZINFORM The Week of Documentary Films has kicked off in the city of Almaty today. The event is organized by JSC "Kazakhfilm" on the eve of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The premier of "War and peace of Sultan Khodzhikov" directed by Bulat Nussipbekov opened the Week of Documentary Films.
The program of the event includes eight documentaries dedicated to life and creative work of the prominent people of Kazakhstan: Dukenbai Doszhan, Kenenbai Kozhabekov, Mukhtar Baktygereyev, Gaziz Zhubanova, to name a few.
All documentaries will be screened at Cesar and Arman movie theaters free of charge.
