5-magnitude earthquake strikes near Almaty city

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A 5-magnitude earthquake has been registered by a group of seismological stations not far from Almaty city this morning.
The earthquake hit the territory of China, 328 kilometers south of Almaty city at 2:26 a.m. Almaty time. It had a depth of 5 kilometers. No casualties were reported.
