4.9m earthquake strikes 141 km from Almaty

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Earthquake measuring 4.9 on the MPV scale hit near Almaty.
The quake with the epicenter located in Kyrgyzstan was recorded 141 kilometers south-west of Almaty city. It was registered at 11 pm on April 9.
The earthquake had a depth of 5 kilometers. There was no immediate word on casualties or damages.
