3 seriously injured in café explosion in Almaty

ALMATY. KAZINFORM - As reported earlier, the explosion at Keremet café rocked Almaty city on Wednesday night (September 17).
According to reports, the explosion appeared to have been caused by a gas cylinder in the kitchen of the café. The force of the blast blew the windows off. The explosion damaged a total area of 50 square meters.
In general, 18 people were rushed to local hospitals. 15 patients were treated for shock and 3 others for severe injuries. The official cause of the explosion will be determined by a fire commissioner.
