26 US students to study Russian in Kazakhstan
ALMATY. KAZINFORM The US students arrived in Kazakhstan to study the Russian language at the Al Farabi Kazakh National University under the Flagship Program, its press service said.
The teaching staff will work now according to a new language teaching program based on competency building culturological and motivational approach. The US students also show interest in learning Kazakh, Kazakh literature and culture, the press release reads. The fact that the young Americans preferred the Kazakh University to the European one bespeaks for growing popularity of Kazakhstan and its higher education system development. Thanks to constantly rising skill level of specialists, high technologies adoption, international recognition, and successful accreditation of educational programs, and active academic mobility the Kazakh universities become more and more attractive to foreign citizens.
