1 killed, 7 including 4 children hospitalized out of fires across Kazakhstan

ASTANA. September 7. KAZINFORM A country house broke into flames in "Stroitel" gardening partnership in Pavlodar.

The fire covered an area of 40 square meters.  The body of a 45-year-old man was found at the fire site. Seven firemen and two units of fire service equipment worked at the scene.

The day earlier, the fire broke out in a flat in the 5-storey house in Almaty. The fire covered an area of 3 square meters. Two 6-year-old children and another two born in 2009 and 2012 suffered carbon monoxide poisoning were hospitalized. Eight firefighters and two units of fire service equipment put out the fire.

On September 6, 20 people were evacuated out of the fire broken out in a flat of the 5-storey house in Ust-Kamenogorsk. A 62-year-old woman was also hospitalized with thermal burns. The fire covered an area of 25 square meters.

The same day another accident happened in Semey. A balcony covering of a flat in the 5-storey house went up in flames. Two men born in 1976 and 1978 were hospitalized with thermal burns.  

One more case happened in Kostanay region. A 2-storey socio-environmental adaptation center for persons of no fixed abode caught fire. No one was killed or injured. Eight firemen and two units of fire service equipment worked at the scene.
